Microsoft challenges the MacBook Pro with its new Surface Book 3 device

Days after Apple announced the launch of the newly updated MacBook Pro, Microsoft unveiled a series of new Surface devices.

The Surface Book 3 tops the devices announced by Microsoft, which also includes the new Surface Go tablet, the updated Surface headphones, and new Surface Earpods that can be a strong competitor to Apple’s AirPods.Thanks to the excellent performance and excellent build quality, Microsoft’s gray-colored tools have gained high praise over the past few years.

The Surface Book 3 is now the most powerful laptop manufactured by the company, and comes equipped with a tenth-generation Intel CPU, a separate graphics processing unit from Nvidia, and Microsoft says the new device is 50% better performance compared to Surface Book 2 and the battery can work 17.5 hours with a charge one.

Like previous versions, Surface Book 3 is available with either a 13-inch or 15-inch screen and a 32GB RAM. Prices start at 1599 pounds ($ 2,078) for the 13-inch model and 2199 pounds ($ 2858) for the 15-inch model.Surface Book 3 can separate the screen and works with Microsoft’s Surface Pen, and also maintains popular pivot design like previous devices.

“We have added Studio Mics and a dual microphone solution, to increase audio clarity and reduce background noise for Teams or video chats, and a 5-megapixel front camera provides clear video viewing even in low light,” Microsoft said in its announcement.

“We have also added a new back camera application to facilitate scanning documents, whether you are sharing notes in a meeting or transferring homework,” she added.

Surface Go 2, Surface Headphones 2, and Surface Earbuds will be available
This May 12, while Surface Book 3 will be launched on May 21, according to the British newspaper, Metro.
