A juvenile humpback whale has been launched from fishing tools after a rescue operation off the Gold Coast that took virtually six hours.

Sea World rescue crews intercepted the entangled whale off Broadbeach simply earlier than 10:30am.

He mentioned the whale was trapped in 200m of rope and 6 buoys on Friday, with Sea World eradicating the rest of the tools Monday afternoon.
